User Guide-Template
Each communication and documentation template includes variable information that you need to set, such as you company name, existing email platform, and so on. These variables are highlighted in [red text] in square brackets, so you can quickly find and set them.
Also, the templates include optional information that you can delete, depending on how you are deploying Google Apps. For example, if you're migrating users' email but not their calendars, you can delete information about migrated calendar data. All optional information is indicated by instructions in <<pink text>> in angle brackets.
