Content Marketing Strategist

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll collaborate closely with leadership to develop and implement strategic social media campaigns aimed at meeting our marketing objectives. Your contribution will be crucial in elevating brand recognition, fostering engagement, and securing new customers across diverse social media channels. Additionally, you’ll take charge of recognizing market trends and transforming them into compelling content that draws in potential customers and boosts website traffic.

Key Responsibilities
Develop compelling content including blogs, videos, visuals for social media, EDM, landing pages, use case studies, and design-related materials.
Create and manage social ads for all company social media accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating, managing, and publishing original, high-quality content across various social media platforms
Analyze data and metrics to create scheduled reports on web traffic, user engagement, and ROI
Respond directly to comments and questions on social media posts
Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Monitor and assess analytics and metrics for the success of social media content and ad campaigns.
Monitor and analyze website and social media metrics to derive actionable insights for content optimization and performance improvement.
Work closely with partners and the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and develop social media strategies that align with goals.
Create monthly content plans that align with objective, and manage the timely delivery of all social media assets
Work together with the team to ensure that all campaigns are executed on time and within budget
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to new and existing clients
Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization

Basic proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay (both spoken and written) is essential for this role.
1-2 years proven experience in digital content creation and strategy.
Proficiency in using various content creation tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with marketing trends and best practices.
