<p>Are you passionate about designing innovative technical solutions that solve real-world customer challenges? We are seeking a driven Presales Consultant &amp; Solutions Architect to become a key technical expert on our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers&#8217; needs and our cutting-edge solutions, collaborating closely with our sales, technical, and support teams to craft and propose winning strategies.</p>



<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Engage directly with customers to understand business needs and define engagement scope, success criteria, and technical objectives.</li>



<li>Architect and recommend best-fit cloud solutions by aligning business goals with modern technology stacks and industry best practices.</li>



<li>Lead technical discovery sessions, design workshops, and solution walkthroughs.</li>



<li>Deliver compelling solution demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts that highlight business value and innovation.</li>



<li>Develop and maintain scalable technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints to guide cloud adoption and modernization journeys.</li>



<li>Deliver technical deep dives presentations and training in support of sales and key marketing events.</li>



<li>Provide technical guidance and expertise to the sales team throughout the pre-sales process. </li>
</ul>



<p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>A diploma or degree in any field (Information Technology would be great but not necessary).</li>



<li>Minimum 2 years experience within presales or solutions architect role.</li>



<li>Proficient in one or more cloud technology domains across AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.</li>



<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.</li>



<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills in English.</li>
</ul>



<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Extensive experience in designing, building, refactoring, or operating large-scale, mission-critical IT solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.</li>



<li>Well-versed in cloud-native architecture, data analytics and DevOps principles, enabling the design of scalable and resilient solutions.</li>



<li>Holds relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) or equivalent industry credentials, demonstrating technical proficiency.</li>



<li>Stays current with evolving technology trends, cloud service offerings, and competitive landscapes such as Generative AI.</li>

<p>We are hiring Cloud Support Engineers at Junior and Senior levels to join our 24/7 MSOC team. You will monitor, maintain, and support cloud infrastructure for our managed services clients, ensuring service continuity within agreed SLAs. Senior engineers are additionally expected to lead incident response, mentor the team, and drive operational improvements.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size"><strong>R<strong>esponsibilities</strong></strong></h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Monitor cloud environments and respond to incidents/alerts within SLA windows.</li>



<li>Manage AWS resources: EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Systems Manager.</li>



<li>Follow ITSM processes; maintain accurate ticket and escalation records.</li>



<li>Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and support patching and backup schedules.</li>



<li>Work 24/7 rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.</li>



<li>[Senior] Own end-to-end incident lifecycle and act as escalation point for junior engineers.</li>



<li>[Senior] Produce monthly managed services reports and present to stakeholders.</li>



<li>[Senior] Automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.</li>

<li>[Senior] 3–5 years in AWS cloud operations or managed services.</li>



<li>[Senior] Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and client-facing communication skills.</li>
