We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will play a key role in driving all aspects of our recruitment, employee engagement, and company culture initiatives. You will be responsible for attracting top talent, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensuring employee welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all departments.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, social events, and employee recognition programs.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and appreciated.
Culture
- Champion company values and contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong company culture.
- Organize and participate in company-wide events and celebrations.
- Promote employee well-being and work-life balance initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee onboarding and training programs.
Administration
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Inform and liaise with the candidate to sign Letter of Offer and to provide necessary documents, Bank Account, qualification certificates, testimonials etc.
- Arrange workplace, computer, office equipment/ stationery, PPE.
- Create the new worker/ staff information in the HR system.
- Ensure all supporting documents for compliance are filed in the HR file for audit purposes.
- Monitor and update the list of certifications and training courses attended by the worker and staff.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Info-Tech system is an added advantage.
