We are currently looking to hire a Marketing Executive to join our growing team! In this role, you will focus on managing and executing physical events and developing the marketing collateral needed to support them. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of physical marketing events including workshops, booths, and client events.
• Create digital promotional assets including event invitations, social media graphics, email campaigns, and landing pages.
• Develop engaging written content for event-related use – including event descriptions, social posts, and follow-up communications.
• Manage on-site event setup and ensure all materials are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Capture photo and video content during events for post-event promotion and future marketing campaigns.
• Support the preparation of post-event reports and analysis, including feedback collection and performance metrics.
• Take on any other marketing-related tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Creative flair with basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Proficient in digital web based applications (e.g. Google Workspace)
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, especially during event periods.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site during events as needed.
